What is AI Interview Transcripts & Summaries?
This feature captures interview conversations on Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet and generates an AI-assisted summary. It helps hiring teams save time, reduce manual note-taking, and review interviews more consistently.
What’s included in AI Interview Transcripts & Summaries?
AI Interview Transcripts & Summaries is the included version of AI Interview Companion, available in your Lever package at no additional cost. This version provides limited monthly usage — up to 50% of your organization’s average completed interviews per month. For unlimited usage, you can upgrade to the full AI Interview Companion add-on.
When will this feature be enabled, and who can control it?
AI Interview Transcripts & Summaries will be available by default in all North American accounts starting October 14, 2025, but it must still be turned on at the job level to be used. After that date, recruiters can toggle the feature on or off for individual jobs, while admins can enable and disable it across all jobs under AI-Related Features > Interview Intelligence in settings.
How do I opt my organization out of this default feature?
If your organization does not want AI Interview Transcripts & Summaries enabled by default, please complete the opt-out form on this page by October 10, 2025. After that date, admins can still disable the feature at any time under AI-Related Features > Interview Intelligence in settings.
Can I turn the feature back on if I opt out?
Yes. Admins can re-enable AI Interview Transcripts & Summaries at any time under AI-Related Features > Interview Intelligence in your account settings.
